[[User:Barbarian216|Hawaiian]] 19:11, 6 March 2011 (UTC)Sounds like a tall order, although this framework of proposals appears in conjunction to what the Plejarens recommend for Earth, it still lacks the authoritarian apparatus to counter both internal and external negative forces that WILL intervene in order to fulfill and/or maintain the current “status quo” of power lust. Has anyone really thought about the Creator Overlords or their counter-parts including the Ashtar followers and others who vowed revenge? Also as in the past, scientists with uncontrollable ego centric tendencies and we exclusively required to counter these occurrences should it happen?

Some would say, “That’s the reason for the international troops”, but logic will prevail since scientists will develop weapons that will make these forces obsolete.

Will the Plejarens or any one of their allies be willing to stand by these proposals to ensure it bears fruit or conveniently sit by because of some sick “free will” clause as was done in the past? Anyone in their rightful mind is aware that the secret agencies and their cohorts will put a bullet in your head the minute they believe their power base is being threatened.

The question remains, who is willing to take that risk and how many have to die in order to make these proposals bear fruit or will it ever take root at all considering that those currently in power will “allow” such endeavors to occur at their predicament?

Until these concerns are met and though I support such measures, considering the fact that sinister forces do have much control over its destiny, at this conjuncture the most logical reasoning is to adhere to one’s current quest to promote internal spiritual evolution without drawing unnecessary negative forces against your well being. The vast majority of Earth humans is too weak to counter these forces and would be in vain to do so at the present time the way circumstances are at this moment. (Just look how many times both Earthly and malevolent ET’s have tried to kill Billy at least 21 times in some cases direct intervention by the Plejarens prevented as least one attempt)

In its present form and the present situation here on Earth, this proposal should be presented to the UN, but don’t hold your hopes up too high, it’s still a political slew of composite nations with their own selfish agendas to promote.

However, I would like to add one input that every husband and male human be given a place of refugee an apartment exclusively for him and off limits to women like on the planet Erra.

On the section "Destroy Almost All Nuclear Weapons", second point: "Exception: the CWA should keep a cache of nuclear weapons in case of a meteor-threat."

My suggestions:

1. In order to minimize the danger of nuclear accident, the storage of CWA's nuclear weapons should be placed on Mars using ancient warfare facilities left by the Martians.

I have an absolutely ruthless plan, only correct thinking people can have children due to chosen few responsible people on Earth 7% or less. Due to lack of that one capability Earth reaches a more reasonable level some time in the year 2057. Each country shall be represented evenly, not one holding the true ring to rule them all. :) j/k In reality I suggest a mandatory worldwide summit of leaders so they can drastically change the numbers so all of humanity can evolve correctly and the the interesting developments not our current trend of rinse and repeat shall push us further. They will have to learn to encompass all of man and give them the chance to find the true path and not block it with silly obstacles they currently have employed. I think it is better if the dating registry is supervised by, heck, United Nations Spiritual Council, since the registry plays an extremely important role in deciding whether a man may marry the woman (or the women) he loves or not. I am afraid if the registry is allowed to operate without any supervision, it would gradually evolve into a state within state and arbitrarily ban any kind of civil partnership. Peace and harmony could not be found anywhere on Earth, since the ban would trigger massive uprisings in every country. Even people who have decided not to have a civil partnership with anyone will join the uprisings. I do not know why.

It would be better if you put the section numbers before the headings like you did on the Contents box, such as "3.5.6 Enact New Genetic Engineering Laws", "3.5.7 Enact New Earth Preservation Laws", and so on, so it would be easier for the readers to mention the points they want to comment.

On the 3.5.6.1 it is written that primitive religious arguments and fear mongering against genetic engineering must be outlawed. I think they do not need to be outlawed. They will wither away as Earth human life forms see more and more benefits from the positive genetic engineering projects. Besides lawing out an argument, no matter how wrong it is, is a fascist policy, which is contrary to the peace and harmony.

1. The single world currency consists of crystal layered gold, silver, and copper coins. The crystal layer functions as the protection and also the seal to prevent counterfeiting.

2. The coins have to be issued by Terran Bank and closely supervised by the Spiritual Council.

3. The mint should be located somewhere on Mars and guarded by, heck, Central World Army Special Force.

4. There will be no legal substitute for the coins. The coins are the only legal means of payment on Earth, Mars, and Seritan.

Under 3.1.2 Population Decimation Strategy there should be a point which says that male religious people should always wear condoms 24 hours a day, no matter what they are doing. Even if they have sworn not to procreate anymore they must always wear titanium condoms.

But a nonmarried human life form does not need a house "large enough to comfortably host a family of 5 human beings" and "a plot of 2 acres of land for gardening activity". Giving something more than what someone needs is a waste of resources, which is contrary to the spirit of OWB. one of the disturbances I found on this document is the idea of equal distribution, which would open some possibilities for many inefficiencies and extravagancies in the future. It would be better to distribute free things proportionally based on what Earth human life forms really need for their personal daily lives, not what they want to have.

I know what you mean, Jamesm, but look deeper into what Quetzal says about the Creational Laws (which somewhat counters a previous posting by Semjase's account?) that do allow for alterations by Billy. Therefore, one can strive to learn beyond these predictions or prophecies and concentrate on your current Awareness, making the proper connections to your currently evolved status and elevate it. I will love to summarize many of these materials, but don't need to spend my time and energy on immature responses as evidenced in recent postings. As a matter of fact, sometimes I feel it is not worth it.

However, there are things or events that cannot be discussed in public forums which are reserved for much higher evolved realms of existence as the dangers for abuse is always present, especially in the current power-lust, greedy environment, where human life is of no consequences.

Its just the fact that the majority of Earthly humans do not yet understand its applications, because they have not realized their "fit" in this most complex equation of sorts, besides also the technology does not currently exist (however the Plejaren have it) to do a thorough investigation that spans space/time personalities and dimensions.

It will become clear in due time, however one does not need to despair for the connections are all evident in BEAM's materials, it just needs to be clarified into some logical format in order to be more digestible for most.

One has to realize that the Plejaren themselves still have allot to learn and experience, neither are they perfect nor the message they bring are perfect either. They have done a few blunders here on Earth and probably will do more in the future, hopefully it will not cause the total destruction of Earth for they should heed Nokodemjion’s example.

What would each of you logically think about the fact that a BEING in the pure spiritual state of Arahat Athersata level, where all are “linked” and that if one BEING acknowledged an idea or energy “thought”, instantly all other BEINGS share it amongst “themselves” because of this spiritual link.

Now think about this, since Nokodemjion is the co-creator of the Lyrian and other white races that plundered the DERN universe while his spirit was in the Arahat Athersata realm and for that reason was responsible, thus connected or linked to this travesty which, if left uncorrected, would it not also “contaminate” the other BEINGS in this respective spiritual realm as well?

The Plejarens have intervened on several occasions on Earth by scientists who tried to experiment with a weapon that would have vaporized this planet in minutes. Now to answer your question about “not helping” those that do not adhere to Creational Laws, you have a point. I should have been more concise and applied that statement to CURRENT affairs at hand.

Due to our present technological limitations in addressing these issues and the fact that enormous amounts of time, energy and resources and toil that are required in order just to make a dent of improvement, if any to one that DOES NOT adhere to Creational laws (in cases like schizophrenic, psychotic, delusional and multiple personality disorders often brought about through unsupervised contact with entities of the ether state) or in most cases, not living a balanced life.

The Plejarens specifically does not recommend attempts to make contact with these “entities” as most are not evolved enough to prove satisfactory and often engage in deception as well.

Now, back on track, unless one is professionally trained in these matters and does not mind investing all that time and energy in “fixing” such internal imbalances, which by the way also require enormous amounts of commitment on the patient’s part, one has to evaluate this entire scenario. Does it really makes a whole lot of sense even attempting to resolve such issues, what are the success rate and if any, how long does it lasts without constant supervision or drug medication?

Then after all this has been done, considering the sum of investments incurred, would have it been wiser to have invested this energy toward the evolution of one’s own spirit which obviously took a serious toil? It may sound self fish, in a sense; however is it not also selfish on the part of those engaging in such uncreational activities to expect another human being to make the erfuhlen? (Not sacrifice) on their behalf and at the expense of one’s own spiritual evolution?

These are difficult questions indeed, but maybe in a more conducive environment where technology can be of a deciding factor in cases like these, then we can apply such measures in “korrektieren”?

So the deciding factor one has to make is it really worth your time, energy and resources to commit to another? That is your free will to endeavor and if one decides on that route, then that is your decision to do so. Maybe the spirit will incarnate in a better personality, who knows?

There appears to be a translation change from the (Sep 21 2009) in which “possibilities” was changed to “potentials”. That being the case will have huge ramifications to consider regarding the Plejaren’s mission towards Earth humans and correcting the Uncreational interferences responsible for such degenerations and stagnation of numerous spiritual forms being “short circuited” from their true “potentials”.

By combining this concept (or in this case, “inter-connections” to the below statement, hopefully one will logically determine what the term “equational potentials” are about. I’ve tried to explain this on several occasions, but have only recently connected the “missing” parts until now.

“Even if the human commits suicide, she/he does not possess any power over it, for by the self killing (suicide) she/he avoids only the real time, which is fixed by Death.”

Suicide, as described by BEAM means to “short circuit” the time frame in which Death was scheduled. Thus one can conclude that the manipulation of the ageing gene also constitutes “suicide” by the Creator Overlords. A deliberate Uncreational violation to deny the ancestors of Earth humans to this day the necessary life cycle of 350-450 years. Earth humans and their spirit forms are denied “exponentially 3-4 life times” of the necessary evolutionary experience and knowledge to evolve.

Therefore, their “equational potentials” have been short circuited and condemned as “suicidal” humans. However, there here lies a dilemma for those higher evolved beings, they can either assist through logical reasoning, or be faced with the risk one day soon that someone may find the “key” to their “equational potentials” and wreak havoc in both the material and non-material realms of existence.

One has to consider the various re-incarnations of each individual and also the various hybrid races as each are interconnected via the memory banks and 6th/7th senses. A very potent force indeed

Taking an early exit to avoid the suffering increases the chances of the new personality in the next life having to suffer in a similar circumstance. So my understanding is, if I bravely endure the suffering in this life, a box is ticked in the big list of things we have to experience in order to get to a life without body, which means, that hopefully the suffering in the next life will be lesser.
I don't think the ego perfects itself in many life times. If I remember correctly, we have a new personality/ego in every life, which serves the learning and evolution of the spirit consciousness...

I was worried about that as well, they said that in the year 2000 ET's would arrive. I think maybe the AA and High Council thought Earth is not quite ready to handle such advanced beings yet. They would probably come laugh at our sorry excuse for a defense and annihilate us in less than 5 seconds. Since Earth is not fully united yet and many are quarreling over silly troubles still. I think the invasion was postponed or averted by the ????? Plejaren Federation or are these Barbarians still on there way, if so can we have a day and date and a plan to deflect there attacks.:) I always wondered why that ship that landed on Roswell came. I think it was a clue as how to find a way to counter beam ships. Your comments are childish and distorted, first of all the Plejarens convinced the ET's who planned to make contact with Earth in the year 2000 not to proceed because the earthly leaders are lustful for their technology in order to gain more power and the populance are not ready to accept contact with higher beings.

Besides they are not aggressive, not like the other ET's that planned to invade and take over not just Earth, but other planets because their solar system was dying, but was evacuated by the Plejarens and their allies who found suitable unihabited planets for them.

Yet, you forgot to mention, that as long as Earthlings do not have the capacity to freely fly in outer space, the Plejarens are obligated to protect Earth from attack by other ET's, but not to intervene in culture or otherwise influence events on Earth.
