In the English FIGU Forum Questions answered by Billy in November 2011, a portion of Conbtact 467 was presented regarding Jack the Ripper being Thomas Neill Cream and also a copy cat killer. I think it is worth posting as a reference even if not properly translated yet.

Hi Billy,

What did the Plejaren say regarding the case of Victorian serial killer Jack the Ripper?}

Quote from the 467th Contact (Plejadisch-plejarische Kontaktberichte, Block 11, page 372 ff.):

Billy: …
Weisst du, wer ‹Jack the Ripper› war?
Billy: Ein Trittbrettfahrer. So nennen wir Nachahmungstäter.

I invite someone with better German knowledge to poroperly translate this.

Wow! This contact report deeply impacted me emotionally. I was crying while reading, which was truly unexpected. Billy went through so much! I am so happy Menara came back & Billy confronted her about what the group did! Even though I knew the final outcome, I felt such immense saddness, then completely overwhelming joy & encompassing love! Thanks Billy & Menara!!!
This is a rather comical deal. This is not sports or any kind of bargaining agreement. If you are freely given good advice with knowledge behind it to help humanity you should not be bargaining for other deals. The correct way is to accept the kind generous offer and learn to accept responsibility. There is still a long ways to go before they get "It" :) In essense they would not help all of humanity if there needs are not met. HMMMMMMMMMM I don't think I want those kinds of people leading us in any way.
An honourable effort and suggestion by Lee Elders there for the benefit of Earth humans. I understand the reasons the Plejaren had against it though. Our politics is basically lies and insults from one political party to the other and to the "electorate" as we are called. Politicians insult our intelligence with their lack of vision and action. Truth is a frequent casualty of politics and the politicians themselves are where the lies and insults originate.
Oops, I mistakenly placed my comment about feeling very deeply about Contact Report 121 here under 122 by accident.
I was very disappointed that the USA & Billy's friends could not work together. I hope that they would take our lower Earth development into more consideration & figure out a way we could work together for the benefit of everyone.
Thanks for posting!
Are they Brazilian neo-NAZI cadres or just carnival youngsters? Do they also wear black clothes in broad daylight?
I believe Alive has it right with the "Brazilian neo-Nazi cadres." I think the translation found in And Still They Fly reads "secret neo-Nazi group," while omitting the word "Brazilian" altogether. The translation team who worked on that obviously felt that a neo-Nazi group was being referred to, but I'm not sure why "Brazilians" wasn't included in the translation at all. "Brasilianer" is the only word describing the group in the original German, which I have translated as "Brazilians." I chose not to add any additional words not found in the German, however, in keeping with my style of translating.
NAZI should be written with capital letters because it is an abbreviation of National-Sozialist, the nickname of National-Sozialistische Deutsche Arbeiter Partei (NSDAP, National-Socialist German Workers Party), which in its kernel is the party of German top financiers and landlords.
Note that the fate of the missing flight 232 that Billy asked about which took off on August 15, 1976 from Quito has been confirmed.

In lines 52-56 of contact report 118, Quetzel said that it crashed at nearly 6,000 meters altitude into the volcanic mountain Chimborazo in the Andes in Ecuador with about 60 people aboard who died on impact. And that the debris won't be found unless by a stroke of fate.

Fate happened. In February 2003, it was confirmed that the plane wreckage was found on October 17, 2002 by climbers on the volcano! Another easy proof of the truth of the contact notes.

From http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=19760815-0

"The Viscount went missing while on a flight to Cuenca (CUE).
The wreckage was found October 17, 2002 by climbers who tried to reach the top of the 20,700-foot Chimborazo Volcano. Further investigation by officials in February 2003 confirmed that the wreckage was indeed SAETA flight 232."

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chimborazo_(volcano)

"In August 1976 SAETA Flight 232 carrying 55 passengers and four crew members aboard a Vickers Viscount from Quito to Cuenca disappeared en route. In October 2002, after 26 years, the aircraft was found with the bodies of its 59 occupants at 5,400 metres (17,700 ft) elevation on Chimborazo by Ecuadorian climbers on the rarely used eastern route Integral"
