No they are not identical. They are completely two different universes, both within the same Creation. Each universe also has dimensions/space-time configurations which is another aspect of Creation.

Asket's Explanations - Part 1

I believe there is another explanation of the DAL universe having a slight difference of luminescence than the DERN universe? Both universes are dependent on the other and cannot exist without the other.

Their mission was to prevent the destruction of Earth before the deadline of 1974, in which Billy and the Plejarans were to take over after that. Technology played a critical role in this event.

The Plejaren, through BEAM has also completed their mission in 1990's, but there is still the danger of Earth's destruction. It is a logical sequential process that involves much more than what meets the eye.

To explain this whole "inter-connections" will take many pages, but is within grasp if one takes the time to look at these contact and personal notes.

Hi Hawaiian,I understand the missions that are past and were required.A mission can be as simple as putting your finger in a hole that is leaking water from a dam.This can prevent catastrophe because you think reasonably and do something to help prevent disaster.However Religion and overpopulation,technologies and all Earth humans are degenerates play a bigger danger to all living in the material worlds.
