There is another combination which is spiritual, that the prejudices of the spirits, poor and weak as they are on Earth having such little information available, have selected with their prejudices who they deem the best candidates, and have chosen elitists who join cult communities or money fraud groups or the catholic church or hierarchies of any strange type, that it's the spirits who prejudicially arrange this having had a big mess of their very own in the other worldly area.
