In his self-constructed delusion of being a divine messenger and avenger, he uses the imaginary Christian God as legitimisation to justify his imperial power madness and his omnipotent lunacy. But the truth is that Bush's imaginary Christian God and his experience of conversion is only a windy and dirty excuse to live out his lust for power and revenge; to prove to his daddy that he has finally gone from being a good-for-nothing to something useful – in the American sense of the word. His religious hypocrisy is in addition to that of the Pope and Saddam Husain, who is in fact a deeply non-religious man, and who told me at the time that he himself would kneel down before Allah for the sake of appearances before the people if this were to serve to realise his political plans and if he were to come to power and thus maintain it.
