			Technology appears almost endless being derived from 49 different levels to include many combination as well. Thus, it is of no surprise other intelligences can travel anonymously amongst other advanced races.

			Much concern in regards to their spiritual evolution whether they are benevolent or malevolent remains a mystery for those still in the material realms. However, since there are very little distinction amongst the fine and coarse realms as one approaches the limits (49th level), there lies a danger that those not of spiritual balanced neutral slightly positive, they could wreck untold disharmony if allowed to do so.

			Who or what mechanism is in place to prevent such from occurring is one of the reasons for alliances, however even that may not be enough for rogue intelligences. Such cases may involve both material and non-material cooperation between Beings and BEINGS, in which Nokodemjion has already initiated on a very personal level.

			Zameen that would be the best possible outcome. It would be kind of odd seeing a ship just fly wherever it wants and no one knows what they are doing or where they are from. I think you may be right because reading the later contact reports many have joined there federation. I wonder how many federations are known to exist at the present time. :)

			Thanks for working on this for me, Sanjin. It will surely save me a lot of time.

			My original translation of this contact was made during the early days of my translating, when I wasn't as familiar with the German language or the software programs as I am now. Thus, I won't be discouraged if liberal corrections and improvements are made to my original translation.
