			My recommendations for USA government regarding this matter:

			1. Shut down nuclear power plants in and around California for two years and cover them with concrete to avoid radioactive leak.
			2. Distribute free condoms to San Francisco's Chinatown residents in order to decrease the supersonic rate of population growth in California and in Terra respectively.
			3. Build somekind of doomsday vault to store DNA of Californian beach girls in order to make their duplicates in the far future (please remember that the beach girls are also the world's cultural heritage).
			4. Shut down the military radar facilities in and around California for two years in order to avoid false alarms which could trigger the launching of antiaircraft missiles (they could harm the Californian stewardesses).
