			I think you asked once about where the spirit resides in the human brain and now has questions on the reincarnation process. The spirit learns from each physical body through its appropriate personality’s knowledge and experiences while the body is living, its highest obtainable attributes are stored in the planet’s memory banks upon the passing of this physical body, the spirit goes into the ether to await its next incarnation of a living human after the 21st day of conception to be born with a new and distinct personality to continue the learning process.



			The spirit takes its place again in the Colliculus Superior area of the brain of the newborn and the stored memory bank’s knowledge and experience are uploaded in the Subconscious of that new person. It is through one’s 7th sense that he/she can access this memory bank information, from evidence so far, I assume only Billy Meier has that capacity on Earth to do so, but that does not mean anyone cannot at least try.



			Each new knowledge/experiences as well as the “old” memory bank information “adds” to this collective, the higher knowledge and experiences gained will in turn cause one’s spirit to resonate at a higher corresponding frequency and be reflected by the color of one’s aura from lowest pink, violent, red, gold, white and finally blue the highest.



			The spirit, being non-material and capable of vibrating at extremely high frequencies due to the quality will, in time not require any more reincarnations of the physical body, and then it evolves into the half-physical/spiritual Being. Normally it takes between 40-60 million years of quality evolution to reach this stage of which the High Council currently resides in. From this realm, it takes between 60-80 billion years of evolution to evolve into the 1st of 7th pure spiritual state of the Arahat Athersata then from there through 5 more levels then to the Petale level (7th) and so forth into the Absolute Absolutum where more universes and things are created, it is here where all the experiences/knowledge of every single previously physical being are combined with other intelligences to become ONE again with others so that Creation continues to evolve forever.


			Therefore, each and everyone have an important part to contribute to Creation itself, for Creation depends on the evolution of others in order to evolve further. No god or gods has this monopoly, for doing so violates the very essence of Creation itself.



			One excellent indicator of your evolutionary level or capacity is to verify that you can logically function in the waking state, but also in the dreaming state as well. Can you carry on a meaningful interaction conversation in the dreaming state and logically interact with others or have little or no control over your actions/reactions? If the later is true (as most fall in this category), then one needs to work on disciplining oneself in meditation and creational knowledge because interchanges or influences from higher beings occur in the ether or dreams. Many of our leading scientists often report that they have formulations in math or other fields of study occurring in their dreams. One must be careful and not let religious or other negative factors contaminate or influence one dreams, your uncontrolled ego does have unwanted influence and “meditation with a clear sight” can counter act such degenerative acts.



			When one becomes more disciplined and learns to “quiet” your senses and actually meditate with a clear sight in your dreams, you can actually “hear” the ones who are influencing your dreams.

			Actually, Victoria, you are right on both accounts.

			If a translation says "excerpt" and the report is presently found in one of Blocks 1 through 10 of the German Pleiadian/Plejaren Contact Reports, then the whole contact has been released in German but only a small portion of it has been translated into English so far.

			However, if a translation says "excerpt" but the report is very recent and has not yet been published in a bound volume – and thus, it was likely retrieved from a recent online FIGU Bulletin or Special Bulletin – then only a portion of the report has been publicly released for publication even in German so far.

			Either way, you should always check back on any excerpt, as more will be revealed over time.

			You can buy all of the contact reports at the Swiss FIGU shop but theyre in German http://www.figu.org
