	~~We shall answer to the points, 'a few questions', which are brought forward in this message, to the best of our abilities.~~

	We certainly wish the author of this message first read our stance on overpopulation and the recommended methods and philosophy to go about and tackle it, for the discussion would greatly benefit from an exchange of views on the real substance of the matter. Apparently this author did not wish to do so. Alas.

	~~Now then.~~

	~~There are two central concepts in this petition and in other works of mister Meier related to overpopulation:~~
	~~Awareness and Birth Control.~~

	So nothing will happen to the other 7 billion people that exist already: they would live their life as they think fit - hopefully with a sharper sense of responsibility and some ray of wisdom - and the laws of nature would apply to bring about a natural stability of Earth population.

	In other words, nothing, absolutely nothing, which is or is about to be, would be denied to people; people are only asked to use their common sense in the question of population - the very same way people use their common sense to manage and run their private and public life, their work, studies, business, friendship, family, money, farms...

	~~Life here - in all its appearances and almost endless ways of being - is holy, in the sense of pricelessly precious. Mister Meier has always clearly and strongly underlined this point.~~

	~~The 500 million.~~

	We got that number, as the optimal and ideal number of Earthlings, which match the carrying capacity of earth, from the objective and scientific research and knowledge of both mister Meier and the Plejeran. I can not think of any source, any reference, any analysis, which could be more reliable.

	The birth control we propose is also a worldwide measure; it MUST be equally applied and enforced in all continents, all countries, all nations, all social classes...it is valid for all and everyone: for the richest nations as well as for the poorest nations; for the richest individuals as well as the poorest; for the kings, queens, presidents, ministers judges... as well as for the poorest farmers, street performers, carpenters, village teachers, hunters, sewage workers...

	~~We actually have already made our stance very clear on this issue. We would refer you to the second post of Hawaiian, here above, where, among other things, the following was suggested:~~

	"Would be interesting to see which countries have the most impact on world population as it appears more developed nations tend to level off while poorer ones explode. If true, then maybe mandatory sterilizations should be geared toward those countries along with sterilizations of rapists, killers, pediphiles, drug addicts and other non-disciplined types of the more developed nations. Just wonder if some ET's can help us out by some technology to "zap" ones gonads, starting with the undesirables??? :)"

	I assure you, that i, Adam/Phenix, one of the mean initiators of this petition, am fully aware of 'the reality of those people' and of all the rest: i am one of them. The history and the present of my country of birth, Niger, could be a symbol of the ordeal and faith of the countries and nations you made mention of.

	First of all, this is a petition formulated and launched voluntarily, out of conviction and in good faith by me, Adam/Phenix, and other fellow comrades, students of the Spiritual Teachings of Billy Meier.
	We think, we are rationally convinced that overpopulation is real; it is destroying balance on Earth; it is a present threat to the survival of Mankind and the methods and philosophy of Herr Meier are the best, logical, workable, ethical, righteous and humane ways to tackle overpopulation.

	So yes, in writing this petition and calling for a worldwide awareness of overpopulation and for an equally worldwide birth control, we tried to remain as faithful as we can to the Spirit of Billy Meier, the cosmic dimension of which is beyond our reach.

	This however is not a petition of Billy Meier - one could actually easily tell: we are so far from the all-embracing wisdom, clarity in expression and style, the exhaustive character of any of the works of mister Meier!

	~~If you need someone to blame, direct please your words towards us!~~

	~~As for "the prophesies of Jeremia?.... how can you blame this all in people that have been massacred,...",~~

	~~we shall just remind you that everything is connected and that wisdom itself points to overpopulation as the current mother of all evil.~~

	Thank you very much for contacting all these organisations. Your effort is undying however I still question the wisdom of sending out a request for support when both the petition and the request itself has not been approved or improved to a satisfactory state by anyone other than you and I. I was also hoping that we were going to involve the people on the FIGU messageboard before sending out requests to sign the petition? Do we also want to avoid giving recipients of the request/email the wrong or incomplete impression of the petition? Not to mention the effort involved in having to contact them a second time if required. Surely there is wisdom in this.		Thank you very much for contacting all these organisations. 			I can see it now. All world leaders calling for a birth stop barricaded in a 2012 underground bunker. :) It will be hard for people to accept unless they are educated about the reasons why? The cause and effect list should be implemented or all hell will break loose.
