			Blip1959 - I would like to offer you some help. There is a reason you are having trouble meditating. This is due to the Implant Technology that has been put in all of our bodies. Try this to get focus. Put some headphones on, play a copy of the 528 Hz Frequency on repeat at full volume. This will help to train your brain to ignore other thoughts. Keep your focus on the candle flame in your minds eye while repeating the word Sun. Be patient. You will not get a reply in the way you expect but it will come. It took me 2 hours of refocusing during this meditation with the sound playing at full volume before I was able to keep my focus and then I heard a computer sound in my mind. This was not normal or natural and there was no computers aroud that could have made the sound. So the focus worked and the meditation was working but thats when I realized that I had an implant that was designed to prevent me from keeping my focus and that it was what I was fighting when I had to keep pushing all of the other thoughts out of my mind. Someone doesn't want us to be succesful in our meditation. But I believe we can still beat it. Spirit over Computer. Keep up the meditation exercise and realize that it is an exercise. You have to do it every day and with more focus every day if you truely want to be succesful. I explain it to people like this.. Meditation is like exercise, Some people go for a walk to exercise and others lift weights, and still others work out every day for 6 hours a day (called body builders). Meditation is the same, if you want to get where Billy tells us we can get, you realy have to focus and be prepared to spend a few hours doing it or you will not be succesful. Use Focus and Effort like you would if you were trying to lift weights with your mind but always remember to not get angry and be patient. Focus on Love and Compassion within your heart as you increase your focus.

			thank you sheila it is good to get a reply by a woman that is in the know.as a guy i have watched the senate in the usa and the british parliment debate abortion and a womans right to have or have not kids.but i think that there should be a womans group that should debate it not men . but thx for your reply i wish you well.i am now for the birth control i in my stupidness never went to the bottom of the page that said 7years of and 1 year on.i just thought without thinking that they had just decided to give a woman a pill to stop haveing kids and i thought that it was unfare but i now know what they are trying to do. sorry to all.next time i will read up more lol

			Hi Blip, do you know what the birth control pill does? It basically makes the woman's body think it is already pregnant and then her body doesn't release an egg. Therefore no pregnancy can take place. There's nothing wrong with that and is very liberating for women because sometimes we just cannot rely on men concerning birth control :) Personally as a woman, I would not allow either politics or religion to make that choice for me. It's a informed choice to be made by a woman and her doctor, with of course input from the significant other. It's wonderful for women to have that choice and does not interfere with a womans ability to have children later on, in the case of the world wide birth stop. You are fretting about the pill for nothing.

			thx james for the reply.yes it sounds like a good idea 7 years of 1 year on.if there is no pill and its done by the peoples concent then i agree... by the way lucky you to live in the north scotland what a great place .when you mean water rice and stuff the solar flare is so big that i think it will take out power and cars that are now running by engine management systems and all electrical stuff tv .computers and so on maybe even a satelitte or 2..and you made me laugh about the coitus interuptus.lets get all the guys to have bells on.. thx james for all your help.salome.

			You confused birth control with birth prevention. Birth control is a social project to limit the annual birth number, while birth prevention is an individual project to prevent the fertilization of female egg by male sprematozoa. The best way to do it, Blip, is not by giving pills to women, but by seriously applying The Great Law Of Coitus Interuptus, Blip.
