Thank you for the teachings of truth,the teachings of spirit, the teachings of life.
1.When we die do we imediately exist in the WE-form?
2. As humans, we are the determining factor in this life but after death can we still direct ourselves consciously in any way and determine anything in that state of being?
3. or is this state completely unconscious?

i fathom it similar to the dream state..one who is aware of there dreaming or becomes aware that they are dreaming there is something to be said about the dream world and its congruency to the Creation and even the Void and All Great Time..
