That's nice to know, I think with overpopulation it would be tough to have free universal health care. Imagine a worldwide sickness uncurable and all 7 billions rushing to there nearest hospital. That would be a hoot. I don't think all our ingenious governments have a plan for that scale of epidemic. We need to focus on population stabilization then I think it will be easy to meet the needs of all patients on our planet when they need it.
