These are the vitamins I got, http://www.eyevitaminhealth.com "Doctor said I can try them for 6 months and see how I go" I have no healthy problems at all btw. You take 2 tablets a day, and you'll be having zinc 10mg and vitamin c 1000mg sufficient as E.T. described. And they contain 10 or more vitamins not just that.

I think it's the perfect suppliment. Problem is and a big one, (may sound silly) I don't know how to swallow pills yet.
